Navigate to the 'Account' on the App
Select 'Security' from the list of options.
Scroll down to find the 'Delete Account' option.

Before proceeding with the deletion, ensure that you have withdrawn all your balance and completed any outstanding transactions, as account deletion will prevent you from making withdrawals and completing transactions. Note that once the account is deleted, you will not be able to register again with the same email and phone number. The account deletion process will take 14 days, but you can cancel the deletion anytime within this period through support team (NOBI Help).

Open the NOBI application, then tap "Deposit". After that, tap "Crypto" to deposit crypto assets.

On the crypto asset list page, click on the crypto asset you want to deposit.

Step 2: Upload Selfie Photo

Upload your photo ID and selfie according to the guide.

Tap Withdraw

Enter the amount you would like to withdraw in the Amount field or tap the percent of your account balance
