How to delete my NOBI account?

We are sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes you may need to delete your account. If you decide to proceed, here’s what you need to do:

Navigate to the 'Account' on the App
Select 'Security' from the list of options.
Scroll down to find the 'Delete Account' option.

Before proceeding with the deletion, ensure that you have withdrawn all your balance and completed any outstanding transactions, as account deletion will prevent you from making withdrawals and completing transactions. Note that once the account is deleted, you will not be able to register again with the same email and phone number. The account deletion process will take 14 days, but you can cancel the deletion anytime within this period through support team (NOBI Help).
